Shipping Policy
At Bekkalek, we offer free shipping on all of our products! Most of the products shown on this website are produced through a print-on-demand provider. That means when you place the order, they have to print & assemble whatever it is you ordered, and then ship it out. Due to the nature of that process, these items are not being shipped out the day you order them. Each order will have a tracking number once it has been shipped to give an accurate timeline of when your product should arrive. If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of a wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by you, it’ll be returned to the default return address. This means that they’ll be sent back to the facility that sent them out. When that happens, I will get an email from my provider saying that your order arrived back at their facility. We then have 28 days to correct the shipping address at no cost. To avoid any complications like this, please make sure to double check your shipping address before placing your orders! Please note that estimated delivery time frame for customers is around 7-14 days from the day you order.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Bekkalek, we pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. However, we only offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse. Each product has a sizing guide included in the product photos to ensure you can order the correct size (or should, if you find a product that doesn't have one, please let us know so we can help make sure you get the right size). We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time unless a mistake was made on our end.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.
